Last week we were treated to the exploits of ‘King Samir Shabazz,‘ the Black Panther that ‘guarded’ a polling station in Philadelphia, and as a side note advocated the killing of white people. While it has been universally accepted that Shabazz’ comments about killing “crackers” and “white babies” were revolting, some have claimed that those comments do not represent the mainstream view of the Panthers. In that case, what are the mainstream views of the Black panther Party?
The New Black Panther Party’s ten point platform is just standard communism with a racist twist. Nothing all that surprising. However, upon further research, what emerges is an organization that is inherently anti-American. The video below shows New Black Panther Party leader Paris Lewis, AKA ‘Malik Zulu Shabazz,’ “giving his respects” to a “bold man” who is “bringing reform.” Who could Lewis be referring too? None other than Osama bin Laden.
There is an organization with mainstream views. The leader of the organization is a 9/11 truther, views Osama bin Laden as a “friend,” and a “Muslim standing up” who’s “name will go down in history because he will not die like some kind of sissy, he is standing up, in the name of god.” That’s even fringe by Democrat standards. Lest you think these views are not shared by the rest of the Black Panther Party, Lewis at one point asks his followers “let’s give him [bin Laden] a hand man,” a request which is received with rapturous applause. For the record, this is the organization the Obama Justice Department will not prosecute for voter intimidation.
Last week the Panther’s had one of their members caught on tape supporting the killing of white people, this week a video came out in which their leader proudly proclaimed his support for Osama bin Laden. One can only guess what’s on tap for next week. Perhaps a letter of support for Kim Jong-Il’s brave land reform agenda from the Party’s leadership?
The post racial presidency continues. Who could forget the “wise Latina” on the Supreme Court? Then there was that “stupid” police officer in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Last year on Strictly Right I wrote about the Department of Justice dropping charges against a Black Panther thug in one of the clearest examples of voter intimidation imaginable. The Bush Justice Department successfully prosecuted the men in that video. They were due to be sentenced – until Eric Holder dropped the charges against them. Maybe it was because the men in the video were such upstanding members of society:
Yeah, great folks there.
In response to Obama’s inJustice Department, former members of the Department’s trial team are speaking out. J. Christian Adams testified before the Civil Rights Commission that “The [voting] section doesn’t want to protect white voters.” DoJ officials have made it clear that they do not want to prosecute cases where ‘traditional minorities’ are the defendants. In fact, Deputy Assistant Attorney General Julie Fernandes told DoJ officials that there would be no more cases brought against black defendants where white victims would be vindicated. It doesn’t stop there. Fernandes also made it clear that the DoJ will no longer enforce Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act. Section 8 requires purging voter rolls of ineligible voters, for example dead people, a key Democratic constituency. Fernandes’ explanation? Enforcing Section 8 would not increase voter turnout. Try to comprehend that logic. Voter turnout is negatively effected by not allowing no existent or deceased people to vote, so we’re not going to enforce the law. Ms. Fernandes may be up for a Joycelyn Elders award. I feel like Captain Renault. I’m just shocked, shocked to learn that Democrats openly engage in, and encourage, voter fraud. I am equally stunned to find out that a man that sat in Jeramiah Wright’s pews for 20 years employs a host of anti-white racists. You know, with the government organizing voter fraud through registration and intimidation, you’d almost think that the current occupant of the Oval office had some experience putting together similar schemes.
A while back, renowned psychology professor Philippe Rushton of the University of Western Ontario was criticized within the academic community for publishing a work culminating a lot of the research he’d been doing for years. Essentially, he proved that white people are smarter than black people; and Asians are smarter than white people. His research accurately took into consideration things like test scores, aptitude tests, and other assessments, it also looked at measurable qualities like brain size, gestation period, maturity rate, etc.
That didn’t matter though! The university attempted to get rid of him, the premier of the province of Ontario attempted to have him discredited. All this happening until other scientists finally had the balls to step up and say, “but he’s right.”
Now, it looks like a daring individual in government of Canada decided to challenge political correctness and use, well, facts.
Prosaically titled “Social and Economic Outcomes of Second Generation Youth,” the four-page memo showed little regard for the political correctness typical of government correspondence. “Chinese and South Asians are the most likely to have university degrees or higher, and to be employed in high-skilled occupations,” observed the summary, which was prepared by departmental bureaucrats and released recently through access to information. Second-generation youth of Caribbean and Latin American origin don’t fare so well, the memo went on; they tend to obtain lower levels of education than native-born Canadian kids and wind up in less skilled jobs.
Of course, remember that even when something is scientifically proven, it’s racist. Thank you.
Yesterday I blogged about a new law in Iran forbidding women from showing any evidence of a tan. A new law in Italy, however, seems slightly more amusing and ridiculously more disturbing. I’ve said for quite some time that political correctness is a cancer. One of the tenets of cancer is that it doesn’t die off naturally, and it spreads. Far.
When adopting children now, would-be parents in Italy are guilty of an indictable offense if they attempt to consider race in any way in their selection. Let’s get the obvious point out of the way first, which is that this is yet another race-centered policy by a Leftist that serves not to help any given race, but rather marginalize them and patronize them to the point where there is practically an admission that black children are unwanted and need to be forced onto potential parents.
Beyond that, it would seem that in his haste to shout out in a truly Ron Paul fashion “constitution! constitution!” (or I suppose “constitutionni! constitutionni!”) and make it an international rights issue, activist Marco Griffini didn’t think of the potential repurcussions that this has for the children. I’m not for a moment suggesting that white parents cannot raise black children, nor that black parents couldn’t raise a white child. However, there is a visible disconnect when Mario and Lucia Lucetti become the parents to Jamal. Several studies have shown that children raised in interracial homes do face additional challenges and issues in childhood and adolescence that simply aren’t issues in those homes where all are of the same race. Again, this is not to shoot down the concept of multiracial familes. However, some parents may not be equipped to handle these issues of race above the normal trials of parenthood.
As is becoming a standard occurence in North America, this is government telling parents whats best for their family. If individual adoption agencies want to embrace this policy, then power to them. However, the the last thing the government should be doing is forcing anti-choice mandates onto families. Sex education, food choices, advertising laws, nationalized daycare (Canada,) etc. All are examples of the government trying to raise children, as if they can do it better than the parents who conceived them.
Let’s face it, does anyone want Eric Massa or Barney Frank raising their children?
Political correctness seems to be an emerging theme on Strictly Right, ravaging the halls of schools, workplaces and blogs all around the world. It’s unfortunate that this time, political correctness led a British medical technician to kill himself.
A medical technician killed himself after being suspended from work after someone complained that he made a politically-incorrect joke about a black friend.
Roy Amor, 61, who was devastated at the prospect of losing his job making prosthetics, shot himself in the head outside his house.
He was facing a disciplinary investigation after suggesting to the black colleague that he ‘better hide’ when they noticed immigration officers outside their clinic.
It is understood that the man was a close friend of Mr Amor and was not offended. However, it was overheard by someone else who lodged a formal complaint.
This whole ‘PC’ trend has not only made humor a lot more challenging, but it has led to the destruction of peoples’ lives and livelihoods. In this case, that life can never be brought back.
I’ll be the first to admit that Mr. Amor likely had some psychological issues before this whole thing happened, but it would be stupid to ignore the fact that this man who everyone seemed to love (except an ignorant white liberal lacking a sense of humor) was pushed over the edge directly because of the fear that his colleagues may think he’s a racist, and the fear that his job may be in jeopardy because of a [pretty funny] joke to a friend.
My sincerest prayers go out to Mr. Amor and his family. I hope all of the censors on the left will ask themselves the question: which is worse, a harmless joke enjoyed by those involved, or the death of an innocent, kind family-man?

In today’s Human Events Pat Buchanan has a great article on the Left’s lies about the Tea Party:
As Democrats, after a Sunday rally on the Capitol grounds, marched to the House hand-in-hand to vote health care reform, Tea Partiers reportedly shouted the “n-word” at John Lewis and another black congressman. A third was allegedly spat upon. And Barney Frank was called a nasty name.
Tea Partiers deny it all. And neither audio nor video of this alleged incident has been produced, though TV cameras and voice recorders were everywhere on the Hill.
Other Democrats say their offices were vandalized and they’ve been threatened. A few received, and eagerly played for cable TV, obscene phone calls they got.
If true, this is crude and inexcusable behavior. And any threat should be investigated. But Democrats are also exploiting these real, imaginary or hoked-up slurs to portray themselves as political martyrs and to smear opponents as racists and bigots.
This is the politics of desperation.
Majority Whip James Clyburn accuses Republicans of “aiding and abetting … terrorism.” New York Times columnist Frank Rich compared the Tea Party treatment of Democrats to Nazi treatment of the Jews during Kristallnacht:
“How curious that a mob fond of likening President Obama to Hitler knows so little about history that it doesn’t recognize its own small-scale mimicry of Kristallnacht.”
Kristallnacht, “Crystal Night,” the “Night of Broken Glass,” was the worst pogrom in Germany since the Middle Ages. Synagogues were torched and hundreds of businesses smashed. Shattered glass covered the streets. Women were assaulted and men beaten and murdered. After that terrible night, half the Jews remaining in Germany fled.
To compare a brick tossed through the window of a congressional office and two shouted slurs to Kristallnacht suggests a growing paranoia on the left about the populist right.
