Conservative government still awesome on foreign policy

Minister Jason Kenney says Canada will not attend a UN conference on racism next September because the event will be a “charade” and a “hatefest.”The conference, dubbed “Durban III,” is intended to mark the 10th anniversary of the 2001 meeting in South Africa aimed at defeating racism.

Canada and several other countries walked out of that meeting after Iran and several other countries began ganging up on Israel.

Canada was the first country to withdraw from Durban II last year in Geneva.

Kenney says the UN General Assembly has chosen to “repeat and even augment the mistakes of the past” by holding a commemorative meeting in New York next year.

He says the government has lost faith in the process and Canada “will not lend our good name to this Durban hatefest.”

Kenney says Canada is clearly committed to the fight against racism, but he says the Durban process “commemorates an agenda that actually promotes racism rather than combats it.”

Despite legitimate issues I’ve had with the Conservative Party of Canada’s direction on fiscal issues and domestic policy, one area where Stephen Harper’s administration has never wavered is on pragmatic foreign policy and support for Israel. The latest decision by the government to refuse to acknowledge a special United Nations panel on d**k-all (“ending racism”) and, as such, refuse to take part in it, really shows the fact that they haven’t sold out.

The point is never to blindly defend a particular country, but rather to acknowledge when a country is being unfairly treated as Israel constantly is. The only thing the United Nations has ever done right in the Middle East is giving Israel back to the Jews like it belonged. Since then, the U.N. has been an anti-Semitic global orgy.

Prime Minister, please do more stuff like this.

A few days ago I wrote about Oliver Stone’s Jew hatred. The article attracted a commenter that identified himself as “Canadian Government Policy Analyst.” The man is a walking stereotype of the modern leftist anti-Semite. He holds regular people in contempt and is prone to conspiracy nonsense, as you can see below. The purpose of this post is purely to shame the commenter, who is clearly an elitist liberal Jew hater. The individual remains nameless because he did not have the courage to attach his name to his detestable comments.

If Americans haven’t heard of AIPAC, the ADL, the Jewish Warner Brothers, Fox, etc then they must be retarded. What about the Banking System controlled by Ben “Shalom” Bernanke, Allan Greenspan or Larry Summers.

Oliver Stone is a great director who causes people to think. I know most Conservatives can’t do that because we all know that the Earth is 6000 years old, Jesus was real and Global Warming is a hoax created by Communists. Right?

Stones got balls for being. If most Americans disagree with him on Jew Power than they are deservedly the biggest joke on the planet because every other nation knows that Jews Run the Western World and especially braindead America.

It’s good to see that you’ve kept up with the Protocols. So courageous of you to lash out in an antisemitic rage, then sign your inane drivel with “Canadian Government Policy Analyst.” A true profile in courage…

You sure have a solid point there – AIPAC and the ADL do exist – jackpot! Who could imagine such a devious scheme as a group of like minded people joining together to advocate their perspective?

And the Warner brothers – they were Jewish. They did build a business from the bottom up. Case and point! (one is left to wonder what this case and point are?)

And FOX, etc? That beats me. I guess Rupert Murdoch and Saudi prince al-Waleed bin Talal are secretly Jewish, right? Oh, and the media at large is just in the bag for Israel, right?

Of course, no Jew hater would be complete if he didn’t believe that the Jews control the banking system. In fact, this small cabal actually runs the entire Western World! Yours are the paranoid claims of a very sick individual.

I am a Canadian Analyst and discuss with other international analysts- we know!!!

If you believe that Jamaicans run or influence Hollywood significantly or that the Somali lobby, Pakistani lobby or the Irish lobby are as powerful and vicious as the Israel/Jew lobby you are not living in the real world. Get real man!!!

We live in a world where every tough question is covered up with the references to Protocols, “Anti-Semite” or some other junk to shut up and discredit Jew power. You can fool the illiterate, white-trash masses in America maybe, but elsewhere……forget it!

Congratulations, you and a bunch of anonymous bureaucrats get together and bash regular people (“white-trash masses in America”) and share your Jew hatred (most likely on the dime of the “white-trash masses”). When it comes to delusional conspiracy theories, I have no doubt that you all “know.”

It would appear as though you’ve uncovered an insidious Jewish conspiracy in Hollywood. Time Warner, the publicly traded parent company of Warner Brothers along with General Electric, the publicly traded parent company of Universal, are really in secret Zionist cahoots!

And you’re right – the Jews are the only interest group that exerts pressure on the American government. There are no other lobby groups – that is why lobbyists are in such low supply. I’m sure you also believe that the ‘neo-cons’ are working to advance the Zionist agenda, right? Perhaps when people call you a Jew hater it’s because….. you are one. Or is that also part of the Zionist conspiracy?

President Obama:

You will be the first American president that lied to the Jewish people, and the American people as well, when you said that you would defend Israel, the only Democratic state in the Middle East, against all their enemies. You have done just the opposite. You have propagandized Israel, until they look like they are everyone’s enemy — and it has resonated throughout the world. You are putting Israel in harm’s way, and you have promoted anti-Semitism throughout the world.

You have brought this to a people who have given the world the Ten Commandments and most laws we live by today. The Jewish people have given the world our greatest scientists and philosophers, and the cures for many diseases, and now you play a very dangerous game so you can look like a true martyr to what you see and say are the underdogs. But the underdogs you defend are murderers and criminals who want Israel eradicated.

Time's Up For The UN

When an institution reaches the degree of corruption, brazen cynicism and dishonor demonstrated by the U.N. in its shameful history, to discuss it at length is to imply that its members and supporters may possibly be making an innocent error about its nature—which is no longer possible. There is no margin for error about a monstrosity that was created for the alleged purpose of preventing wars by uniting the world against any aggressor, but proceeded to unite it against any victim of aggression.

The United Nations is the world’s foremost repository for anti-semitism, its moral ambiguity is shameful, and its brazen corruption is unprecedented. The time for debating ‘how’ to reform the institution has long since passed.

This week, at a meeting of the United Nations Human Rights Council, Syrian representative Rania Al Rifaiy said “Israel…is a state that is built on hatred…Let me quote a song that a group of children on a school bus in Israel sing merrily as they go to school and I quote ‘With my teeth I will rip your flesh. With my mouth I will suck your blood.’”* Yes, you red that correctly, the Syrian representative on the Human Rights Council. This specific Council, which purportedly deals with human rights, boasts: Egypt, China, Saudi Arabian and Cuba in its rotation of elected members. Could there be any better indicator of the validity of claims made by this body? It is a cruel joke that the world’s foremost violators of human rights have banded together, under the ‘credible’ auspices of the United Nations, to form a council to condemn other countries for nonexistent abuses. As to the specific claims in this story, it has become old hat for the United Nations to peddle Jewish blood-libel nonsense.However, this episode serves as an illuminating example as to why the UN must go.

Moreover, the above example is just one of numerous councils, organizations or resolutions that can be brought up that provide evidence as to why the United Nations is, as Winston Churchill warned it would become, a “cockpit in a tower of babel.”

It is not enough to say that any one part of the UN must be reformed. The organization provides the tinpot dictators of the world a launching point, used to attack the United States and Israel. The United States pays 22% of the United Nations tab. Barack Obama became the first America President to fund the UN Human Rights Council. In return for that funding, New York City plays host to a daily theater of the absurd, which features the likes of Hugo Chavez and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad condemning the host country.

The land that the UN currently occupies in New York City could be put to good use – say a new condominium development. The UN has major offices in Geneva, Vienna and Nairobi – let them meet there, without any US taxpayer dollars funding their inane vitriol.

*Obama’s representative on the Human Rights Council said nothing after this vicious Syrian lie was told.

UPDATE: Helen Thomas Fired

Ok, technically she abruptly quit.

But in circumstances like this, everyone knows that she was given the choice: quit or be fired.

I have to give credit to Hearst News Group for doing the right thing. However, it has been a long time coming. After a lifetime of incredibly biased reporting, it took this sudden honest outburst to get rid of her.

To put Helen Thomas’s comments into context – she was talking to a Rabbi on the day of the White House’s Official Celebration of Jewish Heritage. The transcript is posted below:

Rabbi: Any comments on Israel?

Thomas: Tell them to get the hell out of Palestine.

Rabbi: Any better comments on Israel?

Thomas: Remember, these people are occupied. And it’s their land. Not German, it’s not Poland.

Rabbi: Where should they go? What should they do?

Thomas: Go home.

Rabbi: Where’s Home?

Thomas: Poland, Germany, and America, and everywhere else.

The scary thing is that this story would have never been reported if it was not for the Drudge Report and Conservative Bloggers.

The Times Online (from UK) reported:

Her remarks were scarcely reported at first, but when posted on the Drudge Report website at the weekend they provoked a storm of controversy in which outraged accusations of anti-Semitism quickly drowned out defenders of free speech.

The Times also reported on the fallout for Helen Thomas:

By yesterday morning Ms Thomas had been dropped by her speaker’s bureau, disowned by the co-author of her latest book and called an “anti-Semitic bigot” by Lanny Davis, a former close friend and Clinton administration lawyer.

She had also agreed not to give a graduation ceremony address as planned at a high school in suburban Maryland where one parent predicted she would have been booed off the stage.

But none of this would have happened if the mainstream media could of had its way – and ignored this story.

The message is clear – read the blogs and the drudge report. Because if you don’t, the liberal mainstream media will only report the stories that suit its left wing agenda.
