Would Any Other President Do This?

Barack Obama has been gallivanting around the world, apologizing for the horrible, horrible country that elected him. He has apologized to Europe, the ‘Muslim world,’ China and I think Swaziland is next week. Now foreign leaders feel emboldened. They know that they can come to the United States and criticize the country.

Mexican President Filipe Calderon and Chairman O held a joint press conference at the White House today. At the event, President Calderon said, “such laws as the Arizona law, which is forcing our people to face discrimination.” The President of a foreign nation felt comfortable trashing the United States in front of the President of the United States, at the White House. Not to worry, surely Obama stood up for his country, right? Wrong. Instead, O piled on, saying “We’re examining any implications especially for civil rights because in the United States of America, no law abiding person — be they an American citizen, illegal immigrant, or a visitor or tourist from Mexico — should ever be subject to suspicion simply because of what they look like.”

There are so many things wrong with what Obama said it is difficult to know where to start. First, Barack Obama is the President of the United States of America. It is unprecedented and unacceptable for a sitting President to join a foreign leader in trashing the United States. Second, based on Obama’s comments I’d ask if he has even bothered to read the Arizona law, but I know the answer to that question. For the 1000th time, the law forbids “suspicion simply because of what [someone] looks like.” Third, by definition no ILLEGAL immigrant can be a “law abiding person,” hence the prefix “illegal.” There can be no doubt – President Obama hates America. Can you imagine any other president criticizing the United States and American citizens like Obama does on a regular basis?

…….besides Jimmy Carter.

Obama Apology Tour Rolls On

From Powerline:

Posner said in addition to talks on freedom of religion and expression, labor rights and rule of law, officials also discussed Chinese complaints about problems with U.S. human rights, which have included crime, poverty, homelessness and racial discrimination.

He said U.S. officials did not whitewash the American record and in fact raised on its own a new immigration law in Arizona that requires police to ask about a person’s immigration status if there is suspicion the person is in the country illegally.

The ChiComs have killed tens of millions of their own people. The great leftist hero, Mao Zedong, the father of Chinese communism, makes Hitler and Stalin look like pikers. Mao was responsible for the deaths of 50 – 70 million people. His margin of error error is 20 million. Those a crimes no one can come close to. Since Mao’s death, the Chinese government has been characterized by rampant human rights abuses, intolerance of religion, and unchecked censorship of all critical media. The country is a prison state. While we are shown the major developed cities, we do not see the desolate villages where most Chinese people toil away on government owned collectives.

With that in mind, Chairman O sees fit to compare Arizona enforcing federal law, and the integrity of its own border to the genocidal claque that rules China. Arizona is overrun with illegal aliens. Phoenix has become the human abduction capital of the United States. Drug cartels run the border area, committing numerous acts of violent crime and causing significant ecological damage. In response, Arizona just wants to have the law enforced. This act is what the Obama kakistocracy (who’s top law enforcement official has NOT read the Arizona law) compares to the most murderous regime in human history. In 1988 George H. W. Bush said that Michael Dukakis  “sees America as another pleasant country on the U.N. role call somewhere between Albania and Zimbabwe,” meaning that he saw the United States as just another country. For Obama, The United States is not just another country, it is worse than other countries. Obama and the left see the Untied States, not communists or jihadists as the greatest purveyors of evil in the world. The idiotic comparison of Arizona’s immigration law to the policies of the Chinese is a shining example of Obama’s anti-America world view.

Strictly Right Radio Episode 23

In this installment of Strictly Right Andrew and Ari discuss Obama’s nomination of liberal Elana Kagan to the Supreme Court, John McCains most shameful pander to date, our deteriorating moral standards and the latest It Must Be A Liberal.

You can listen to this episode online here or subscribe to the podcast in iTunes!

And yes, that is Raquel Welch on the show’s cover-art.

Unreal

File this one under shameless. When you think amnesty what name comes to mind? John McCain – the co-author of the McCain-Kennedy amnesty bill! With J.D. Hayworth (who was on Strictly Right Radio in April) closing the gap in their primary battle, Juan McCain has become Mr. Conservative.

In case you forgot, here is Lou Dobbs breaking down the McCain-Kennedy amnesty bill:

Again, that is the McCAIN-Kennedy bill, as in John McCain. Looks like ‘Mavrick’ is marching to the beat of a new drum these days:

“Complete the dang fence.” “Senator, you’re one of us.” Unreal. That shameless pandering is off the charts. This is the same Senator that wanted to amnesty Mexican gang members! He has consistently attacked pro-law enforcement advocates nativists. John McCain is most definitely NOT one of us. Do not be fooled – if you live in Arizona please bring this guy home.

P.S.

No Better Time To Visit Arizona

What more do you need? Gavin Newsom, the San Francisco mayor best known for sleeping with his deputy chief of staff’s wife, suspended all non-essential travel by city employees to Arizona. O horror of horrors! Now the ‘mainstream’ Hispanic group La Raza – The Race – is joining with other leftist groups, calling for a boycott of Arizona. No San Franciscans, few leftists – what a threat.

The only downside is that Arizona does have at least one horrendous sports team – the Phoenix Suns. In a recent playoff game, the Suns wore their alternate jerseys which say “Los Suns,” a move supported by ‘Rev.’ Al Sharpton and B.Hussein Obama, in opposition to the Arizona immigration law. In case there was any doubt as to the motives of the Suns,  the team’s Canadian (and outright communist) point guard, Steve Nash, said:

I think the law is very misguided… I think it’s very important for us to stand up for things we believe in. As a team and as an organization, we have a lot of love and support for all of our fans. The league is very multicultural. We have players from all over the world, and our Latino community here is very strong and important to us.” In another interview, Nash said, “I think that it opens up the potential for racial profiling and racism…I think it represents our state poorly in the eyes of the nation and the world.

The team’s Managing Partner, Robert Sarver, has criticized the immigration law, and ‘noted policy expert,’ former NBA player and Suns General Manager Steve Kerr said “it [the immigration law] rings up images of Nazi Germany.”

It would be nice if any of these people even bothered to read the law before commenting on it. Governor Jan Brewer’s ESPN op-ed is a fantastic refutation of all this nonsense. As anyone who has bothered to read the law knows, it specifically prohibits any form of racial profiling. As for Nash and his “love” of the fans, what does he have to say to the 70% of Arizonans that support the law? Why doesn’t Steve Nash just get a haircut, shut up and play his one dimensional style of basketball?

One more question: Why is the left so eager to boycott Arizona, a move which could hurt local businesses, yet the left refuses to place economic sanctions, or boycott, Iran, in an effort to stop the country’s nuclear program?

Immigration bill working already

From Associated Press:

Arizona’s sweeping immigration bill allows police to arrest illegal immigrant day laborers seeking work on the street or anyone trying to hire them. It won’t take effect until summer but it is already having an effect on the state’s underground economy.

“Nobody wants to pick us up,” Julio Loyola Diaz says in Spanish as he and dozens of other men wait under the shade of palo verde trees and lean against a low brick wall outside the east Phoenix home improvement store.

Many day laborers like Diaz say they will leave Arizona because of the law, which also makes it a crime to be in the U.S. illegally and directs police to question people about their immigration status if there is reason to suspect they are illegal immigrants.

Strictly Right Radio with J.D. Hayworth

Ari Fine and Andrew Lawton focus on Obama — the Great Marxist Deceiver — and his turning his back on America. As well, a great chat with Arizona Senate Candidate J.D. Hayworth brings attention to America’s most liberal Senator, John McCain.

Note: the background is the Arizona flag (I had never seen it either.)
