Alvin Greene Indicted: He really is the perfect Democrat
If there was any doubt that U.S. Senate candidate Alvin Greene (D-SC) would fit in with the Democratic Party, the latest news should seal his fate. Alvin Greene was the long-shot sacrificial lamb candidate elected to challenge Sen. Jim DeMint for re-election in November.
Authorities said he approached a student in a University of South Carolina computer lab, showed her obscene photos online, then talked about going to her dorm room.
A Richland County grand jury indicted Greene, 32, for disseminating, procuring or promoting obscenity — a felony — as well as a misdemeanor charge of communicating obscene materials to a person without consent.
If convicted, Greene could face up to three years for the misdemeanor or up to five years for the felony.
Now, I wouldn’t be too worried as I don’t think his chances at victory could be any lower. However, let’s face it, this is the idiot who thought that selling bobbleheads of himself would be the best way to help the economy.
In case you missed it, here’s Greene in action:

I far prefer Basil Marceaux. Seeing the two of them compete would be hilarious.
