I will agree that it is one of the best shows.
The comments about health care making the government an institution of the left, and any conservative government elected can only be a care taker until they run out of support, are spot on. I first heard this idea from Mark Steyn months ago when he was subbing in for Rush, when he said that if health care is taken over by the government, then every election thereafter will be about health care. Mark had an article recently that put forth the idea about consevative government being impossible, as you have repeated on your show. Good to see this warning spreading a little further.
Plenty of good substance on this show, so much that it is surprising to know that it only went for an hour.

It’s unfortunate but true — once the government has managed to get a handle on healthcare, the country is never the same. It creates a culture of dependence that everyone will mark as the “pillar” of where government’s responsibilities should lie.
