Current economic hardships have had what is called in constitutional law a “disparate impact”: The crisis has not afflicted everyone equally. Although women are a majority of the workforce, perhaps as many as 80 percent of jobs lost were held by men. This injury to men is particularly unfortunate because it may exacerbate, and be exacerbated by, a culture of immaturity among the many young men who are reluctant to grow up. (Read the rest here)

  1. As Ronald Reagan said, “If your neighbor loses his job it’s a recession, if you lose yours, it’s a depression.” (or another variation of those words.

And men who wont grow up are a part of the reason for the declining birthrate, cause really what self respecting woman wants children when she’s already stuck mommying some idiot who never bothered to grow up? Course, what self respecting woman STAYS with these tools is probably the better question.

  3. I remember in Ann Coulter’s obituary for her father she was describing him as a tough, down-the-line, guy. The comment that stuck out since then was her saying “that’s what men used to be.” There’s been too much of this pathetic feminization where all of a sudden I’m more masculine than the average male.
