10 Commandments for Muslims? I wish
Anyone who’s seen the rather hilarious movie “An American Carol” (where I was fortunately able to go to the premiere back at the 2008 Republican National Convention!) would remember the rather iconic scene where the American Civil Liberties Union zombies (sadly a pretty good representation as their actual nutcases that work for them) taking down the 10 Commandments Tablet behind the bench of the Supreme Court.
The Bible Journey took a more academic look at if the 10 Commandments were actually used as “law” how effective it would be. You be the judge of that, but I think that if we could get the Muslims to take them on terrorism wouldn’t be as big an issue. “Thou shalt not kill”…okay that one’s a given. But all that stuff about not lying, not cheating, honouring your parents (not Allah), don’t covet thy neighbour’s ass (nor should one covet thy neighbour’s 747 either…it’s the same thing). See, all you Muslims have to do is convert to Christianity and we’ll leave you alone
